GENERAL
All training workshops provided by Headline Media UK Training and Consultancy Ltd. are considered confirmed bookings when a delivery date or dates are mutually agreed between us (the provider) and you (the client) and a deposit is paid.
Payment
A 50%, non-refundable deposit – half of the total cost of the agreed workshop(s) – is required at the time of booking, to confirm date(s) and training resources. The remaining balance is due within 14 days of the training completion date(s). Charges may be applied for late payment(s).
Cancellation
If, for any reason, you (the client) cancel the agreed training, cancellation rates (additional to the non-refundable deposit) apply:
- 14-8 calendar days before training date: 25% of total workshop cost
- 7 calendar days or less before training date: 50% of total workshop cost
At its discretion, Headline Media UK Training and Consultancy Ltd. may consider the rescheduling of training workshop dates, without the imposition of cancellation penalties.
If we (the provider) cancel for any reason, we accept no responsibility for any losses nor will we pay any compensatory costs.
TRAVEL
Travel time is free of charge up to five hours in total. Any hours exceeding this may be charged at £45.00 +VAT per hour.
EXPENSES
Any travel, overnight accommodation and reasonable subsistence to be provided and/or reimbursed by you (the client), by prior arrangement.
Mileage is charged at 55 pence per mile from our Oxfordshire base. If we (the provider) use public transport, it will be charged at cost.
FOLLOW-UP TRAINING
When follow-up, refresher training is included in a workshop package, this is delivered online by one trainer, usually via Zoom, unless otherwise agreed, and must be completed in one single session within six months of the main workshop delivery.
non-disclosure
Nothing said or written during our training workshops, or in the preparation of them, will be disclosed to external parties, without the prior consent of you (the client).
Filming and/or audio recording of in-person and virtual training workshops is not permitted.

Any training, guidance, advice, or information provided by Headline Media UK Training and Consultancy Ltd., whether during workshops, briefing calls, consultancy sessions or in written or digital materials, is provided in good faith for general information and educational purposes only.
Headline Media UK Training and Consultancy Ltd. does not warrant that such information is complete, accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.
Clients are responsible for verifying the applicability of any advice/information to their own circumstances before acting on it.
Headline Media UK Training and Consultancy Ltd. shall not be liable for any loss, damage or claims arising from reliance on training, guidance, advice or information provided, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
training Materials
Any post‑workshop/consultancy materials (including top tips handouts) are licensed to the purchasing client for internal business use only.
You (the client) must not copy, distribute, publish or resell such materials without our prior written consent.
