Headline Media UK provided virtual media training for key spokespeople at Bruce’s, an award-winning provider of dog day care.

Set up in 2008, Bruce’s offers a ‘dog world,’ dedicated to unleashing happiness and enriching the lives of dogs and their families.

The multi award-winning business is a recognised leader in its field, offering doggy day care, grooming and training at several sites in the UK.

Our online media training workshop focused on interview preparation and key message communication, with theory put into practice through a series of simulated interviews.

The training was built around the individual needs of company representatives, including founder Bruce Casalis. He sits on the board of directors for the Pet Industry Federation and has acted as an advisor for the likes of DEFRA, the Dogs Trust and RSPCA.

Bruce is helping to shape the future of dog day care and to champion and improve welfare standards.
