Social care charity WCS Care invited Headline Media UK in to deliver a one-day media training workshop.

Through a mixture of theory and realistic broadcast interview simulations, the session focused on building communication skills across their management team.

This included interview planning and preparation, key message formulation, delivery techniques and body language.

Established over 30 years ago, WCS Care is a registered social care charity, operating 13 care homes across Warwickshire.
