Headline Media UK delivered a one-day media training workshop for spokespeople at the Oxford English Dictionary.
The session focused on interview preparation, delivery and body language techniques.
Everyone took part in a series of realistic, simulated radio and TV interviews – both live and pre-recorded – using proactive and reactive scenarios, tailored to their individual roles.
All interviews were played back for review, with real-time feedback provided.
