MEDIA RELATIONS TRAINING FOR INDIAN SMART CITY

Headline Media UK was invited to the Smart City of New Town, India, to help project leaders build effective international media relations.

An introductory training session was organised in the city, led by journalist and Headline Media UK Director Damon Embling.

The media relations workshop, attended by more than 60 representatives of governmental and non-governmental organisations, focused on techniques and tools for engaging and working with international journalists, producers, bloggers and vloggers – across TV, radio, digital, print and specialist press.

The importance of creating compelling content for the media was a big focus. This included practical tips and insights on video production and distribution, including the development of an online media library for journalists.

The training was structured around theory, real-life examples and practical group exercises.

Our aim at Headline Media UK was to help those behind New Town to break through the noise and spread the word globally about this exciting and inspirational Smart City project.

Headline Media UK was focused, competent, prepared and reliable. We felt safe at every stage of the process and would gladly turn to you again for any media-related assignment.
