Led by experienced journalists and communications specialists, Headline Media UK works with individuals, businesses, charities and other organisations to help them tell their stories clearly and creatively.

We produce compelling video content across multiple formats, including sponsored TV programmes, brand films, training videos, social media shorts and animations, tailored to engage audiences and deliver key messages with impact.

Our experienced trainers deliver realistic media training workshops that help spokespeople sharpen their interview skills, build confidence and perform effectively under pressure.

We also offer presentation skills training for corporate video content, panel discussions and public speaking.

DAMON EMBLING, DIRECTOR & lead trainer/consultant

Damon is a BBC-trained journalist with 25 years’ experience in media and communications.

He has built his career as a TV correspondent and presenter, video journalist, radio reporter and digital content producer, working in the UK and internationally for leading news outlets including BBC News and BBC World News, Euronews and Associated Press Television News (APTN).

In recent years, Damon has also specialised in producing and presenting sponsored editorial TV and digital content, which has taken him all over Europe and to the US, Japan, China, Kenya, Ethiopia, Madagascar, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.

He is also an experienced event MC and moderator, trusted by the UN, International Hospitality Investment Forum, WTM London, ITB Berlin, CES Las Vegas and French Japanese Business Summit among others.

Damon’s extensive, frontline experience underpins his work as a trainer: helping professionals develop clear messaging, confident delivery and engaging presence.

Steve Feeney

Steve is an accomplished camera crew and technical operator.

He has worked across the corporate and broadcast news sectors, creating visual content on his own and as part of multi-camera crews.

Steve regularly regularly collaborates with Headline Media UK to deliver our media training workshops, filming and editing simulated interviews and advising attendees on presentation and communication techniques.

James Willson

Camera Crew & Video Director/Producer

James Willson

James is an experienced camera operator and video director/producer.

During his career so far, which spans three decades, James has worked for various leading broadcasters including the BBC and Channel 4.

He regularly provides content for a range of current affairs and sports programmes. He’s even lucky enough to travel the world filming Formula 1!

James also produces a range of corporate content, across the academic, healthcare and manufacturing sectors.

He collaborates with Headline Media UK as a camera operator and video editor.

Carrie Terry

Presentation Skills Trainer

Carrie Terry

Carrie has decades of experience in corporate communications, including the management of her own public relations consultancy.

She retrained as a teacher of English as a Foreign Language (EFL) and now specialises in pronunciation, public speaking and presentation skills.

Carrie has helped individuals from a wide variety of professional backgrounds and countries become more authentic, more compelling, and hence more effective speakers.

She collaborates with Headline Media UK to deliver bespoke training in mastering internal and external presentations, panel discussions and public speaking.
