Damon is Headline Media UK’s Director, lead coach and senior media relations consultant.
He brings 18 years of broadcast journalism and communications experience.
After studying a journalism degree in England, he started out in radio, working as a reporter, news reader and news editor. He later progressed to the BBC, where he worked as a television news and current affairs reporter, video journalist and a senior correspondent. He regularly reported across regional, national and global BBC outlets, including the BBC News Channel and BBC World News.
Damon continues to work as a freelance World News and European Affairs correspondent for Euronews TV, in Lyon and Brussels – and regularly reports from elsewhere in Europe.
At Headline Media UK, Damon delivers media coaching workshops to a range of organisations, including government departments, universities, charities and companies. He also devises communication strategies, acts as a media adviser and oversees the management of high-profile media events.
