Facebook Masterclass

This workshop aims to show you how Facebook, widely used for personal interaction, can be used to support both existing and newly created businesses and organisations.
Delegates learn how the social media platform can build trusting relationships with clients, using private or public messaging, videos or photos.
Facebook for business can also support a low cost PR activity, communicating new deals, products and generally ‘soft selling’ products and services.

Delegates can have little experience of using Facebook for business, but must have a personal profile and login.
It is recommended that delegates attend our Introduction to Social Media workshop before attending this practical training session.
